為了結(jié)構(gòu)或者構(gòu)件需要滿足一定的強(qiáng)度保證率,原材料的強(qiáng)度不可能都是同一的強(qiáng)度,有的可能高點(diǎn),有的低點(diǎn),假如鋼筋抗拉強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值是210兆帕的話,在100根鋼筋里面,有95根強(qiáng)度在210以上,只有5根低于210,這就是滿足95%保證率的要求。

受拉鋼筋設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)是按屈服強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)都是以屈服強(qiáng)度為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)定的,屈服強(qiáng)度部分受拉和受壓,屈服強(qiáng)度都是一樣,比如Q235的鋼筋,設(shè)計(jì)值就是235,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值就是210,Q335的鋼筋,設(shè)計(jì)值是335。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值主要是計(jì)算承載力的,設(shè)計(jì)值使用來驗(yàn)算結(jié)構(gòu)或構(gòu)件的撓度和裂縫寬度的。
