鋼筋工程質(zhì)量規(guī)范及查驗辦法應(yīng)施行《混凝土構(gòu)造工程施工質(zhì)量驗收規(guī)范》(GB 50204—2002)中有關(guān)鋼筋局部規(guī)則。

原材料抽檢:

鋼筋出場時,應(yīng)按GB1499等的規(guī)則抽取試件作力學(xué) 反省產(chǎn)物合格證、出功能實驗,其質(zhì)量必需契合有關(guān)規(guī)范的規(guī)則。
When reinforcing bars appear in the field, the specimens should be selected according to GB1499 rules for mechanical introspection product certification and function test, and their quality must conform to the rules of relevant norms.
有抗震請求的框架構(gòu)造:
Frame structures with seismic requests:
對有抗震設(shè)防請求的框架構(gòu)造,其縱向受力鋼筋的一強度應(yīng)滿意設(shè)想請求。當設(shè)想無詳細請求時,對一,二級抗震品級,查驗所得的強度是實測值應(yīng)契合以下規(guī)則:(1)鋼筋的抗拉強度實測值與屈從強度實測值的比值不該小于1.25;(2)鋼筋的屈從強度實測項值與強度規(guī)范值的比值不該大于1.3。
For frame structures with seismic fortification requests, the strength of longitudinal steel bars should satisfy the assumption request. When there is no detailed requirement, the strength of the first and second magnitude seismic grade should conform to the following rules: (1) the ratio of the measured tensile strength to the measured yield strength should not be less than 1.25; (2) the ratio of the measured yield strength to the strength specification should not be greater than 1.3.
化學(xué)身分專項查驗:
Special Chemistry Identification Examination:
當發(fā)明鋼筋脆斷、焊接功能不良或力學(xué)功能明顯不反省化學(xué)身分等專項目一般等景象時,應(yīng)對該批鋼筋實行化學(xué)身分查驗或其查驗陳述或其他專項查驗。
When special items such as brittle fracture of reinforcing bars, poor welding function or obvious mechanical function do not reflect on chemical identity are invented, chemical identity checking or its statement or other special checking should be carried out for these reinforcing bars.
受力鋼筋彎鉤和彎折:
Bending hooks and bending of stressed steel bars:
(1)HPB235級鋼筋結(jié)尾應(yīng)作180度彎鉤,其彎弧內(nèi)直不該小于鋼筋直徑2.5倍,彎鉤的彎后平直局部長度不該小于鋼筋直徑的3倍。
(1) The end of HPB235 grade steel bar should be 180 degree bending hook. The straight in the bending arc should not be less than 2.5 times the diameter of steel bar, and the local length of the straight after bending hook should not be less than 3 times the diameter of steel bar.
(2)當設(shè)想請求鋼筋結(jié)尾需作135度彎鉤時,

箍筋結(jié)尾彎鉤:

除焊接封鎖環(huán)式箍筋外,箍筋的結(jié)尾應(yīng)做彎鉤,彎鉤方式應(yīng)契合設(shè)想請求;當設(shè)想無詳細請求時,應(yīng)契合下一列規(guī)則:(1)箍筋彎筋的彎弧內(nèi)直徑除應(yīng)滿意本表主控般項目第4項的規(guī)則外,尚應(yīng)不小于受力鋼筋直徑;(2)箍項筋彎鉤的彎折角度;對普通構(gòu)造,不該小于90度;對有抗目震請求的構(gòu)造,應(yīng)為135度;(3)箍筋彎后平直局部長度;對普通構(gòu)造,不宜小于箍筋直徑的5倍,對有抗震等請求的構(gòu)造,不該小于箍筋直徑的10倍。

鋼筋外表質(zhì)量:
Exterior quality of reinforcing bars:
筋應(yīng)平直、無損傷,外表不得有裂紋、油垢、顆粒狀或片狀老銹。
The tendons should be straight and undamaged. No cracks, grease scale, granular or flaky rust should be found on the surface.
鋼筋調(diào)直:應(yīng)契合設(shè)想要乞降線行有關(guān)規(guī)范的規(guī)則。
Reinforcement straightening: It should be in accordance with the rules of relevant norms for begging and landing lines.
