1.數(shù)控自動(dòng)切斷
1. NC automatic cut-off
數(shù)控切斷平臺(tái)是由兩臺(tái)鋼筋縱向傳輸機(jī)和一臺(tái)鋼筋切斷機(jī)組成,只需采用桁吊將需求切斷的鋼筋吊上料平臺(tái)上后,人工啟動(dòng)電腦終端的上料、運(yùn)輸、切斷、卸料按鈕,便可完成鋼筋的下料,詳細(xì)步驟如下:

After lifting the steel bar to the feeding platform by truss crane, the feeding, transportation, cutting and unloading buttons of the computer terminal can be started manually, and the cutting of the steel bar can be completed. (1)鋼筋自動(dòng)上料

將需求切斷的鋼筋吊上料平臺(tái)上,啟動(dòng)上料按鈕,自動(dòng)將所需加工鋼筋推放運(yùn)輸軌道上;
The steel bar which needs to be cut off is hoisted on the feeding platform, the feeding button is activated, and the steel bar which needs to be processed is automatically pushed onto the transportation track.
(2)鋼筋自動(dòng)傳輸

依據(jù)下料長(zhǎng)度,人工固定傳感器位置,啟動(dòng)運(yùn)輸按鈕,電腦終端控制鋼筋自動(dòng)傳輸鋼筋傳感器位置。

鋼筋碰觸傳感器后,由傳感器將信號(hào)傳輸鋼筋切斷機(jī)自動(dòng)切斷,確保每根鋼筋端頭切割后長(zhǎng)度分歧。

鋼筋切斷完成后啟動(dòng)運(yùn)輸按鈕,傳感器自動(dòng)抬起,將切斷后鋼筋運(yùn)輸卸料傳感器,經(jīng)過傳感器信號(hào)啟動(dòng)卸料系統(tǒng),將下料后鋼筋卸下道工序施工位置。

The unloading system is activated by the sensor signal, and the steel bar after cutting is unloaded to the construction position of the next working procedure.
2.鋼筋端頭車絲

鋼筋下料完成后,應(yīng)用橫移平臺(tái)將鋼筋橫移車絲機(jī)位置,人工采用應(yīng)用車絲機(jī)停止鋼筋端頭車絲。依據(jù)所加工鋼筋規(guī)格,調(diào)整車絲行程檔塊的位置,保證車絲長(zhǎng)度到達(dá)請(qǐng)求值。剝肋長(zhǎng)度與鋼筋規(guī)格的關(guān)系見下表:
After the steel bar cutting is completed, the steel bar is transversely moved to the position of the wire lathe by using the transverse platform, and the wire lathe is manually used to stop the wire lathe at the end of the steel bar. According to the specifications of the steel bar processed, the position of the traveling gear block of the lathe wire is adjusted to ensure that the length of the lathe wire reaches the required value. The relationship between the length of rib stripping and the specification of steel bar is shown in the table below.

(3)按鋼筋規(guī)格改換漲刀環(huán),并按規(guī)則的絲頭加工尺寸調(diào)整好剝肋加工尺寸;

(4)調(diào)整車絲檔塊及行程開關(guān)位置,保證車絲螺紋長(zhǎng)度契合絲頭加工尺寸的規(guī)則;
(4) Adjust the position of the screw block and the travel switch to ensure that the length of the screw thread conforms to the rules of the processing size of the screw head;
(5)絲頭加工時(shí)應(yīng)用水性光滑液,不得運(yùn)用油性光滑液。當(dāng)氣溫低于0℃時(shí),應(yīng)摻入15~20%亞硝酸鈉。嚴(yán)禁用機(jī)油做切削液或不加切削液加工絲頭。
(5) Waterborne smoothing fluid shall be used in the processing of filament heads, and oily smoothing fluid shall not be used. When the temperature is lower than 0 C, 15-20% sodium nitrite should be added. It is strictly forbidden to use engine oil as cutting fluid or to process wire heads without cutting fluid.
