1.濕法熱鍍鋅:果采用濕法熱鍍鋅:網(wǎng)片的外表的溶劑不經(jīng)烘干(即外表還是濕的)就進(jìn)入起外表掩蓋有熔融態(tài)溶劑的鋅液停止熱鍍鋅。
1. Wet hot-dip galvanizing: If wet hot-dip galvanizing is adopted, the solvent on the surface of the mesh will enter the liquid galvanizing without drying (that is, the surface is still wet) to stop hot-dip galvanizing.
此辦法的缺陷是:只能在無鉛狀態(tài)下鍍鋅,鍍層的合金層很厚且粘附性很壞??赡軙傻匿\渣都積存在鋅液和鉛液的界面處而不能堆積鍋底(由于鋅渣的比嚴(yán)重于鋅液而小于鉛液),這樣護(hù)欄網(wǎng)因穿過鋅層污染了外表。近年來,此種熱鍍鋅已根本被淘汰。
The disadvantage of this method is that it can only be galvanized without lead, and the alloy layer of the coating is very thick and the adhesion is very bad. The possible zinc slag accumulates at the interface between zinc and lead and cannot be deposited at the bottom of the pot (because the ratio of zinc slag to zinc slag is more serious than that of zinc liquid and less than that of lead liquid), so the guardrail net pollutes the appearance through the zinc layer. In recent years, this kind of hot-dip galvanizing has been eliminated fundamentally.
2.單張網(wǎng)片法:把經(jīng)過退火的網(wǎng)片送入酸洗車間,用硫酸或鹽酸肅清鋼板外表的氧熱鍍鋅法化鐵皮。酸洗之后的護(hù)欄網(wǎng)立刻進(jìn)入水箱中浸泡等候鍍鋅,這樣能夠避免網(wǎng)片再氧化。
2. Single sheet method: First, annealed sheets are sent to the pickling workshop, and the surface of the steel plate is removed by hot-dip galvanizing with sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid. After pickling, the guardrail mesh immediately enters the water tank and is immersed in the water tank for galvanizing, thus avoiding the re-oxidation of the mesh.
后經(jīng)過酸洗、水清洗、擠干、烘干、進(jìn)入鋅鍋(溫度不斷堅持在445-465℃)熱鍍鋅,再停止涂油和鉻化處置。這種辦法消費(fèi)的熱鍍鋅網(wǎng)片比濕法鍍鋅廢品質(zhì)量有顯著進(jìn)步,只對小范圍護(hù)欄網(wǎng)消費(fèi)有一定價值。
After pickling, water cleaning, extrusion drying, drying, hot-dip galvanizing into the zinc pot (temperature persisted in 445-465 C), then stop oiling and chromizing treatment. The quality of hot-dip galvanized mesh consumed by this method is much better than that of wet galvanized waste, and only has a certain value for small-scale fence consumption.
