鋼筋焊接網(wǎng)是二十世紀初國外首創(chuàng)一種在工廠中焊接形成的網(wǎng)狀鋼筋制品。經(jīng)過近百年的應用與發(fā)展,在國外已被建筑界廣泛應用,被認為是一種新型、、省時、、強化混凝土結構的建筑用材。

它主要用于多層和高層建筑、混凝土公路、機場跑道、隧道、混凝土管、橋梁、水利、電力壩基、碼頭、倉庫、圍欄等領域。尤其在美國、德國、日本、新加坡等國早已普遍采用。鋼筋焊接網(wǎng)除用來制作鋼筋混凝上預制構件外,更多的是用于現(xiàn)澆混凝土結構,大量用于工業(yè)與民用建筑的墻板、樓板、屋面板等領域。

鋼筋焊接網(wǎng)是采用普通低碳鋼熱軋圓盤條或低碳鋼無扭控冷熱軋盤條為原料,通過冷軋或冷拔減徑而成的光面或帶肋鋼筋。經(jīng)過矯直定尺切斷后按一定的間距組焊成不同規(guī)格的鋼筋網(wǎng),如圖1、圖2所示(略)。一般鋼網(wǎng)的縱向鋼筋可采用單根或雙根鋼筋,而橫向鋼筋只能采用單根鋼筋。

鋼筋焊接網(wǎng)作為一種新型建筑材料;1995年冶金部以YB/T076--95批準發(fā)布鋼筋混凝土用焊接鋼筋網(wǎng)行業(yè)標準,1997年建設部以JGJ/T114?97批準發(fā)布鋼筋焊接網(wǎng)混凝土結構技術規(guī)程,1998年建設部把鋼筋焊接網(wǎng)列為“九五”計劃推廣應用的建筑材料及建筑業(yè)進一步推廣應用的10項新技術之一。以上這些法規(guī)為鋼筋焊接網(wǎng)的發(fā)展提供了廣闊的空間,為提高焊接網(wǎng)的質(zhì)量提供了有力保證。
