The requirement of building seismic appraisal is to ensure the safety of existing structures under earthquake action, so that they will not be seriously damaged when subjected to the seismic impact of seismic appraisal and reinforcement, and can continue to be used after repair. 　　1）受力構(gòu)件、桿件無短缺，無明顯變形，沒有因切割、打洞等形成的損傷。

　　1) There is no shortage of stressed members and bars, no obvious deformation, no damage caused by cutting and drilling.

　　2）受力構(gòu)件、桿件的混凝土無酥裂、腐蝕、燒損、脫落，無露筋，無超過設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范限值的裂縫。

　　2) There are no cracks, corrosion, burning, shedding, bars or cracks beyond the limit of the design code.

　　3）預(yù)制受力構(gòu)件的支承長度符合非抗震設(shè)計(jì)要求。

　　3) The bearing length of prefabricated members meets the requirements of non-seismic design.

　　4）連接件無銹蝕。

　　4) The connectors are free from rust.

　　5）當(dāng)設(shè)有填充墻或柱間支撐時(shí)，沒有由此增大結(jié)構(gòu)單元質(zhì)心對剛心的偏心距和沿高度方向水平剛度的突變，沒有因半高剛性墻而增大柱的線剛度或形成短柱。

　　5) When there are infilled walls or inter-column braces, there is no sudden change of eccentricity and horizontal stiffness along the height direction of the center of mass of structural elements, and no increase of the linear stiffness of columns or formation of short columns due to semi-high rigid walls.
