1、在負(fù)載扁鋼和橫桿的每個交點(diǎn)處 板網(wǎng)格格,應(yīng)通過焊接、鉚接(方法:使多個零件相連接的方法)或壓鎖將其固定。
1. At each intersection point of load flat steel and cross bar, the plate grid shall be fixed by welding, riveting (method: connecting multiple parts) or pressing lock.
2、鋼筋網(wǎng)的焊接優(yōu)先采用壓力電阻焊,也可采用電弧焊。

3、鋼筋網(wǎng)的壓鎖可采用壓力機(jī)將橫桿壓入負(fù)載扁鋼將其固定。
3. The press lock of reinforcing mesh can be fixed by pressing the cross bar into the load flat steel with a press.
4、鋼筋網(wǎng)應(yīng)根據(jù)用戶的需要,加工成各種尺寸的形狀。鋼筋焊接網(wǎng)它的出現(xiàn)對提高建筑施工效率、結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量及可靠性、改變傳統(tǒng)的建筑施工方法都具有十分重要的意義,可用于鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的配筋和預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的普通鋼筋。
4. The reinforcement mesh should be processed into various sizes according to the needs of users. It can be used for reinforcement of reinforced concrete structure and ordinary reinforcement of prestressed concrete structure.
5、負(fù)載扁鋼的間距和橫桿的間距可由供需方根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求確定。作工業(yè)平臺,建議負(fù)載扁鋼的間距不得大于40mm,橫桿間距不得大于165mm。
5. The spacing of load flat steel and cross bar can be determined by the supplier according to the design requirements. As an industrial platform, it is recommended that the distance between load flat steel and cross bar shall not be greater than 40mm and 165mm respectively.
