1. Manual straightening

　　手動(dòng)矯直一般采用矯直平臺(tái)矯直、手搖絞車矯直、蛇形管矯直架矯直。

　　Manual straightening generally adopts straightening platform straightening, hand winch straightening, snake-shaped pipe straightening frame straightening.

　　(1)校直平臺(tái)校直

　　(1) Straightening Platform

　　矯直臺(tái)兩端設(shè)有卡盤，卡盤上焊接有扳手。矯直平臺(tái)與鋼扳手配合使用，對(duì)直徑大于12mm的粗鋼條進(jìn)行矯直。其矯直方法是將鋼筋置于夾頭板柱之間，將彎曲處置于板柱上，然后用鋼扳手將鋼筋拉直。

The straightening platform is used in conjunction with the steel wrench to straighten the rough steel bar with diameter greater than 12 mm. 　　手搖絞車矯直常用于矯直圓鋼以下10mm的直徑。操作方法是用手搖絞車將鋼筋打開到一定長度后進(jìn)行剪切，將剪切處用夾子夾緊錨，繼續(xù)搖動(dòng)絞車，即可將鋼筋拉直。

　　Hand winch straightening is often used to straighten the diameter of round steel below 10 mm. The operation method is to open the reinforcing bar to a certain length by hand winch, then cut the reinforcing bar, clamp the anchor at the shear place with clamp, and continue to shake the winch, and then straighten the reinforcing bar.

　　盤管校直架校直用于冷拔低碳鋼絲。其操作方法是將導(dǎo)線通過蛇形管人力向前牽引，可以矯直。如果有局部慢彎點(diǎn)，可以錘直。

　　本機(jī)適用于對(duì)直徑小于14mm的盤形鋼筋和冷拔鋼筋進(jìn)行矯直。可根據(jù)需要的長度自動(dòng)切割鋼筋。在矯直過程中，可除去鋼筋表面的水垢、銹斑和污垢，起到除銹的作用。鋼矯直機(jī)的種類很多。目前使用的型號(hào)是gt1.6/4、gt3/8和gt6/12。

　　This machine is suitable for straightening disc steel bar and cold drawn steel bar whose diameter is less than 14 mm. The steel bar can be cut automatically according to the required length. In the straightening process, the scale, rust spots and dirt on the surface of steel bars can be removed, which plays a role of rust removal. There are many kinds of steel straighteners. The models currently used are gt1.6/4, gt3/8 and gt6/12.
