3.冷拔低碳鋼絲網(wǎng)線材的原材料牌號和直徑可根據(jù)下表確定。冷拔過程中,每張圖的收縮率不應(yīng)超過25%。

4. 冷拔前應(yīng)對母材進(jìn)行除銹處理。拉絲時不應(yīng)退火。基材如需對焊,應(yīng)選用同一生產(chǎn)單元、同一應(yīng)使用的基材。
4. Rust removal should be carried out before cold drawing. Wire drawing should not be annealed. If the base material needs butt welding, the same production unit and the same brand should be used as the base material.
5. 基材的外觀質(zhì)量不應(yīng)影響拉絲過程。當(dāng)母材焊接性能較差或發(fā)生脆性斷裂時,應(yīng)按有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行特殊檢查。

6. 每批檢驗中冷拔低碳鋼絲的表面質(zhì)量應(yīng)進(jìn)行目視檢驗。鋼絲表面不得有裂紋、毛刺及影響機(jī)械性能的腐蝕、機(jī)械損傷。冷拔表面質(zhì)量不合格的低碳鋼絲,必須經(jīng)過處理和檢驗后方可用于工程。

No cracks, burrs, corrosion and mechanical damage affecting mechanical properties shall be allowed on the surface of steel wire. 7. 冷拔低碳鋼絲按相同的生產(chǎn)單位、相同的原材料、相同的直徑、不超過30t一次檢驗批次進(jìn)行檢驗,并檢查母材進(jìn)貨檢驗報告。每個檢驗批次的檢驗項目為表面質(zhì)量、鋼筋網(wǎng)直徑偏差、拉伸試驗(包內(nèi)抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長率測定)、反復(fù)彎曲試驗。
7. Cold-drawn low carbon steel wire shall be inspected by the same production unit, the same raw materials, the same diameter, and no more than 30 tons of inspection batches at a time, and the inspection report on the stock of base metal shall be inspected. The inspection items of each inspection batch are surface quality, diameter deviation of reinforcing steel mesh, tensile test (in-package tensile strength and elongation determination), repeated bending test.

通過篩網(wǎng)試驗,從每片鋼絲中抽取1個點來測量鋼絲的直徑。此時測得的鋼絲直徑為兩個垂直方向的平均值。冷拔低碳鋼絲的允許直徑偏差應(yīng)符合下表。有不合格品按批次檢驗,合格的板材可用于工程。測量導(dǎo)線直徑精度不小于0.01mm,平均直徑修改為0.0.1mm。
