剪力墻或柱中預(yù)埋拉結(jié)鋼筋可以嗎?

  混凝土構(gòu)造普通都有填充墻。填充墻要與剪力墻或柱拉結(jié)。拉結(jié)的做法,有的構(gòu)造設(shè)計規(guī)則采用規(guī)范圖:12G 614-1 砌體填充墻構(gòu)造結(jié)構(gòu)。有的規(guī)則采用與12G 614-1 相似的做法。

  這些規(guī)則都請求在剪力墻或柱中預(yù)埋拉結(jié)鋼筋:

  要預(yù)埋拉結(jié)筋,就必需在模板上鉆孔。工地施工普通不可能為了預(yù)埋鋼筋在模板上鉆許多孔。例如,在全鋼大模板上就不可能鉆孔。小模板上鉆孔預(yù)埋鋼筋的話,脫模時很艱難;還會全部損壞預(yù)埋鋼筋處的膠合板。也有的采用下面的方法:

  但這種做法違背標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)則?;炷翗?gòu)造工程施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB 506666-2011 5.3.3 條的規(guī)則:鋼筋彎折應(yīng)一次完成,不得重復(fù)彎折。

  3.4.1 條規(guī)則:
