鋼筋由于品種、規(guī)格、型號的不同和在構(gòu)件中所起的作用不同,在施工中常常有不同的叫法。對一個鋼筋工來說,只有熟悉鋼筋的分類,才能比較清楚地了解鋼筋的性能和在構(gòu)件中所起的作用,在鋼筋加工和安裝過程中不致發(fā)生差錯。

鋼筋的分類方法很多,大致如下。一、按鋼筋在構(gòu)件中的作用

1、受力筋:是指構(gòu)件中根據(jù)計算確定的主要鋼筋,包括有:受拉筋、彎起筋、受壓筋等。
1. Stress bar: refers to the main reinforcement determined according to the calculation in the component, including: tension bar, bending bar, compression bar, etc.
2、構(gòu)造鋼筋:是指構(gòu)件中根據(jù)構(gòu)造要求設(shè)置的鋼筋,包括有:分布筋、箍筋、架立筋、橫筋、腰筋等。
2. Structural reinforcement: refers to the reinforcement set in the component according to the structural requirements, including: distribution reinforcement, stirrup, erection reinforcement, transverse reinforcement, waist reinforcement, etc.
二、按鋼筋的外形
2、 According to the shape of reinforcement
1、光圓鋼筋:鋼筋表面光滑無紋路,主要用于分布筋、箍筋、墻板鋼筋等。直徑6-10mm時一般做成盤圓,直徑12mm以上為直條。
1. Plain round steel bar: the surface of the steel bar is smooth and without lines, mainly used for distributing steel bar, stirrup, wall board steel bar, etc. When the diameter is 6-10 mm, it is generally made into a circle, and the diameter of more than 12 mm is a straight bar.
2、變形鋼筋:鋼筋表面刻有不同的紋路,增強(qiáng)了鋼筋與混凝土的粘結(jié)力,主要用于柱、梁等構(gòu)件中的受力筋。變形鋼筋的出廠長度有9m、12m兩種規(guī)格。
2. Deformed steel bar: the surface of the steel bar is engraved with different lines, which enhances the bond between the steel bar and the concrete. It is mainly used for the stress bars in columns, beams and other components. The factory length of deformed steel bars is 9m and 12m.
3、鋼絲:分冷拔低碳鋼絲和碳素高強(qiáng)鋼絲兩種,直徑均在5mm以下。

4、鋼絞線:有3股和7股兩種,常用于預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋混凝土構(gòu)件中。

三、按鋼筋的強(qiáng)度

在鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)中常用的是熱軋鋼筋,熱軋鋼筋按強(qiáng)度可分為四級,HPB235(Ⅰ級鋼),其屈服強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值為235MPa;HRB335(Ⅱ級鋼),其屈服強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值為335MPa;HRB400(Ⅲ級鋼),其屈服強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值為400MPa;RRB400(Ⅳ級鋼),其屈服強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值為400MPa?,F(xiàn)澆樓板的鋼筋和梁柱的箍筋多采用HPB235級鋼筋;梁柱的受力鋼筋多采用HRB335、HRB400、RRB400級鋼筋。

Hpb235 steel bars are mostly used for the reinforcement of cast-in-place floor slab and stirrup of beam column; HRB335, HRB400 and rrb400 steel bars are mostly used for the stress reinforcement of beam column.
